Transfer Gossip: Will Alexis and Ozil leave? Or will Draxler replace?

Written by Jorge Velasco

There has been a lot of transfer speculation the past two weeks, and in this article, I’m going to narrow down all the transfer rumours down to the ones could potentially occur in the Winter Transfer Window.

First off, James Rodriguez is no longer a viable option for Liverpool, Chelsea, or Man City as James has shown high interest for Real Estate in Madrid for two weeks. Now, if the case were the opposite, the replacement could only come down to one person: Isco. Isco to left-mid, leaving the only viable option that would be Marco Asensio.

Next up is a problem for the Hammers. Currently, they sit on 17th place, and if they don’t stand up soon and walk around, Dimitri Payet has the chance to leave the club for 15M. This makes room for the summer signing by the name of Sofiane Feghouli, the right winger who came from Valencia.

Heading over to Spurs, the French elite known as PSG are lining up a 50M GBP bid for Englishman, Dele Alli. Speculations coming from “The Mirror” say that Dele has not been as content as he was last year an could potentially face his future in France. This would leave more leeway towards Mosua Sissoko and Erik Lamela.

The Gunners have been having some trouble in contract talks with their two main starters, Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez. Mesut and Alexis have both asked for a pay-raise of over £380,000 a-week. If Arsenal do not meet their needs, they will look at offers from clubs around the world, making room for bench players, like Alex Iwobi and Alex-Oxlade Chamberlain.

“Football Leaks” have leaked Roberto Firmino’s release clause from Liverpool. How much is it worth? 82.6M GBP. If you think about that, that’s almost worth three times as much as Alexis’ market value.
Heading over towards the Bundesliga, Julian Draxler has received a ban for his poor attitude at Wolfsburg. This is exciting news for clubs, like Arsenal, who have failed to sign him for the past four transfer windows. This could potentially cost Arsenal 34M.

Last but not least, Edison Cavani has matched a £60M move to either one of the Manchester clubs in the summer. This makes way for the loan spell on Jese from Real Madrid, potentially being bought out by the French giants.

That’s all for today, I will try to get 2-3 more articles out by this end of the following week, with hopefully more gossip and statistics to come.
