Mid-table championship team Aston Villa host struggling site Bristol City in a game which both teams need a win. The fixture will be played at Villa Park on the 28th February 2017 at 7:45pm.
Both teams have struggled recently with their form but both have had respectable results recently with Aston Villa picking up a 1-0 over promotion hopeful Derby and Bristol City picking up a 2-2 with Newcastle despite being 2-0 within 21 minutes.
Last time the two sites met, Bristol City emerged 3-1 victors over Aston Villa at Ashton Gate back in August 2016. Aston Villa took a 1-0 lead but it was cancelled out with 3 second-half goals from the hosts.
Key Players:
For Aston Villa are Johnathon Kodjia, Henri Lansbury and Albert Adomah. With Kodjia racking up 11 goals this season, he has been a threat in front of goal all season.
For Bristol City include David Cotterill and Lee Tomlin. City ex-loanee Tammy Abraham was their star man this season but has since returned to his club, Chelsea, following a successful loan spell with Bristol.
Team News:
Villa seem to have a host of injuries including Hogan, Agbonlahor, Steer and De Laet. Bristol City don't have any major injuries going into the game, which could be an advantage.
