My League One 'Top Three' Predictions

Welcome to my third post for All Out Football, where today I shall be talking about my predictions on who will finish in the top three in League One.

Firstly, Scunthorpe United. Despite drawing our first two games of the new 2017/18 season, I am feeling positive about our finishing position. Last season, we ended up finishing third, just missing out on automatic promotion, and then losing to Millwall in the second leg of the play-offs. So now, we're back to square one, fighting for promotion to get into the Championship. We've signed a few very decent players during pre-season, and I have picked two that people should look out for. First one being Funso Ojo. He recently joined us whilst training in Austria, and made a good first impression during the first game of the season. The other player I've chosen is Rory McArdle. Rory has been made captain of Scunthorpe, and just like Funso Ojo, has already made good first impressions. Personally, I think we'll finish second this season.

Next up, Blackburn Rovers. They recently got relegated from the Championship, so they will be fighting for promotion. Even though they were relegated, they will be one of the stronger teams this season. However, they did lose 3-1 to Doncaster Rovers, who were promoted from League Two. One player to look out for is Joe Nuttall, who signed for Rovers over the summer. He's new, so he's definitely one to keep an eye on. I think Blackburn will finish first, but only by a few points.

Last but not least, Bradford City. Last season, they finished fifth, so will they come back stronger this time? Personally, I think yes. Some Bradford fans seem to be upset about losing Rory McArdle to us, Scunthorpe United. If you're a Bradford City fan, let me know your thoughts on Rory McArdle, and whether or not he'll cause Bradford a fall in the table. A player to look out for is 20-year-old Jordan Gibson. City have described him as 'talented', so he has already impressed them. In my opinion, I think that Bradford will finish third, but will they gain promotion by winning the play-offs?
