Hull City have announced the signing of Ryan Longman on loan for the 2021/22 season.
After being relegated from the Championship in the 2020/21 season, Hull City bounced back in league one as they claimed the title ahead of Peterborough United.
With promotion comes a new task of staying in the division and adding to the team up front will do that.
Grant McCann has done his business early on in the window bringing in Ryan Longman from Premier League side Brighton and Hove Albion.
The 20 year-old spent last season on loan at Wimbledon scoring eight goals in 44 games for the League One side.
McCann expressed his delight at the signing and what the youngster will add to the side.
“He had a tremendous season last year at AFC Wimbledon and was a top target of ours,” McCann told BBC Sport.
“He’s got pace, runs in behind and is versatile. We like people who can play in different positions at the top end of the pitch as it gives us better options.”
