Huddersfield’s Resurrection

After a poor run of results in the Premier League Wagner and his men had a steep hill to climb sitting in 17th place and after a 2-0 loss to underperformers Manchester United, the team knew to put everything into the last few games of the season. David Wagner came out and said “Win, lose or draw everyone sticks together; that’s our strength. The togetherness at this football club is special.” which says that him and all the team are ready to fight, after all we have nothing to lose, we came into this league as the yearly strugglers and have made a name for ourselves. We have made upsets, we have had batterings, we have given some ourselves but now its time to focus solely on the team and results.

The start of this resurrection started against a poor Bournemouth squad, 2 goals from Beninese Striker Steve Mounié, a first goal for Alex Pritchard and a late penalty by RVLP got a 4-1 win in the bag, confidence was high for some of our most key players which again showed at West Brom with a 2-1 victory, Pritchard and Mounié look to have an incredible relationship and seem to be scoring for fun. Town now sitting in 14th behind West Ham on goal difference.
The team is getting there a few more points and I believe we can do it! #UTT
