Barcelona vs Juventus 19.45 kick off @Nou Camp

This game is without a doubt the pick of Tuesday's games. Two of the best teams in the world go to eye in the group stages. Barcelona despite being seen as weaker after selling Neymar have had a solid start in the league. Lionel Messi as always being their standout performer. Juventus have started in the same fashion too, they will be looking to finally win the trophy after 2 lost finals in the last 3 years. This will be a cracking game for sure. It's hard for anyone to be certain that one team will win due to the vast amount of match winners both teams possess as well as their natural talent. Juventus are likely to play on the counter attack as they do so well. Barcelona are hoping Lionel Messi will be able to finally beat Gianluigi Buffon.

Final Result - 2-1 win to Barcelona

Olympiakos vs Sporting Lisbon 19.45 kick off @Karaiskakis Stadium

The fight between these two in the group of death for many will be a great spectacle. Both teams are very evenly matched with maybe Sporting having the better squad whilst Olympiakos definitely has the winning mentality after a decade of dominating Greek football. Both of these teams know that it is unlikely they can get through to the next stage of the Champions league but have their eyes set on Europa league football. Sporting have great attacking options in Marcos Acuna (Recently sat Di Maria on the bench for Argentina) Bas Dost, Seydou Doumbia and Gelson Martins. Whilst their midfield is bossed by Euro 2016 winner William Carvalho and the goal posts covered by Rui Patricio also a Euro 2016 best goalkeeper. Fabio Coentrao misses tonights game through injury and will be a big loss to the lions. Over at Olympiakos, they too have a great amount of attacking options. On the wings players like Marko Marin, Seba, Felipe Pardo and Mehdi Carcela-Gonzalez can cause a lot of problems. Emenike is always likely to cause the Portuguese defence problems too. This game will be a tightly contested one. Sporting domestically are unbeaten and joint top of the table. Olympiakos are also domestically unbeaten.

Final Result - 2-1 win to Sporting
