Obelisk has the weakest potential. Seeing as he requires a minimum of 5 monsters to get his infinite attack for one turn, I don't see how he is better than Slifer, which can destroy almost any monster summoned, which is what real gaming is about, destroying monsters as quick as possible.
Obelisk is probably objectively the weakest of the three God cards, but it's still more than deserving of a spot on this list.
As in they are real monsters, and decided to duke it out for some reason. The EGC win by overpowering through sheer stats. They can be beaten by things like traps, magic cards, stronger monsters, and plain old life point subtraction through other means.
The Winged Dragon Of Ra
If that were not enough, Ra's God Phoenix ability allows for the player to pay 1,000 life points for it to attack and destroy all of the opponent's monsters. Just like the other God cards, this one feels like an instant win.
The God of Obelisk (the Duel Monster) is most likely a far more ferocious-looking version of Geb (the Egyptian god of Earth, soil, and stone), or he is one of the even more ancient gods of Egypt (likely from before the demonetization of Seth/Set).
They can be destroyed by Trap Cards that target (in the anime, "Blast Held by a Tribute" destroyed one monster and inflicted damage based on its ATK, so it targeted). They can be affected by targeting Traps ("Magic Cylinder" and "Spellbinding Circle").
If "Slifer the Sky Dragon" is targeted by "Shrink", after its ATK becomes half of its original ATK, its effect that causes its ATK to become the number of cards in your hand x 1000 is applied once again, and the ATK ends up being the number of cards in your hand x 1000.
Osiris. Osiris, one of Egypt's most important deities, was god of the underworld. He also symbolized death, resurrection, and the cycle of Nile floods that Egypt relied on for agricultural fertility. According to the myth, Osiris was a king of Egypt who was murdered and dismembered by his brother Seth.
The seller asked for an eye-popping $10 million, but the card reportedly sold for $2 million. The high value and its truly special nature make the Tournament Black Luster Soldier the rarest Yu-Gi-Oh card ever in the world.
Saw a couple of articles that put the Gods over Exodia and then one that said Holactie is the strongest monster in YuGiOh lore.
Amun was represented in the southern capital Thebes. As the gods of Egypt developed, they were combined during the New Kingdom to form Amun-Ra (or Amun-Re), the greatest god of Egypt, who brought sun, light, and creation daily to the entire world.
Slifer is a Level 10 DIVINE Divine-Beast with ? ATK and DEF. It's ATK and DEF is determined by the amount of cards you have in your hand, which this gains 1000 ATK and DEF for each card in the hand. So it's really only good when you got a few cards in the hand, maybe 2 or 3 would suffice, but you'd like 5 or 6.
A time capsule buried beneath the obelisk contains an 1870 U.S. census, a Bible, a Webster's Dictionary, the complete works of William Shakespeare, a guide to Egypt, and a copy of the United States Declaration of Independence.
Created by the Earthshaker, Obelisk dragons were once immaculate statues until his breath gave them sentience. As dragonkind dug deep, their light, sound, and presence provided the catalyst to the Obelisk's birth into the world.
The Winged Dragon of Ra is one of the strongest cards in the game, requiring three tributes to Normal Summon. The creature cannot be set like others, so your opponent will always know when you play it.
Lore wise, Exodia is just a very strong monster. While the Gods are legendary entities that can only be called forth by the chosen Pharaoh, if Exodia was stronger then the Gods then that would be very inappropriate.
Exodia was proven to be stronger than one Egyptian God by being able to cause some damage to Zorc.
Exodia the Forbidden One and its limbs are not obtainable cards in Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links. Because of this, the only skill that you can use for Exodia in Duel Links is Grandpa's Cards, a Yugi Muto (DM) skill.
3 STRONGEST: Exodia The Forbidden One
The lore behind it states that Exodia's power was so immeasurable that it had to be split up into its separate parts just to contain it. In the anime, Yami Yugi was able to use Exodia, which was able to take out three Blue-Eyes White Dragons by itself with ease.
If you want to be more on the offensive then you can use cards that attack your opponent's hand such as Chaos Dragon Levineer, Psy-Frame Lord Omega and Neo-Spacian Aqua Dolphin as they can remove the pieces of Exodia from your opponent's hand stopping them or slowing them down from reaching their win condition.
