It's really simple to remove or cancel certain services from your account. Sign in to My Sky on TV or Broadband & Talk depending on what you want to change and scroll down. Then choose the item you wish to get rid of from the Your Package section. Simply follow the instructions provided.

No you bought the soundbox, that is yours to keep, it si just the Sky Q equipment you don't own. Those are loaned to you, it is there in your T & C's you agreed to.
