Sadly, Grace is killed in season three, episode two of Peaky Blinders. She died at the hands of an Italian assassin by the order of Luca Changretta (Adrien Brody). The bullet was intended for Tommy but unfortunately, Grace was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

While there originally were plans for another season, there will not be a Peaky Blinders season 7. Writer and creator Steven Knight said in 2018 that he had planned a seventh season.
Grace marries Thomas, a union only made possible by her former husband's suicide, and they buy a house together. She is shot at a formal party by an Italian assassin by order of Vicente Changretta, and dies shortly after, leaving her son solely in the care of Thomas, who remains grieving long after her death.
Tommy and his family have moved into a very posh mansion, where they held their wedding. Grace, it emerged, is free to marry him because her husband killed himself. She wore a lilac wedding dress to show she's in mourning.
Polly and Thomas realize that Grace betrayed them. Polly visits Grace at the Garrison Pub just before she is about to leave. Grace pulls a gun on her and tells her that as an agent of the crown, she has the right to use force if Polly won't get out of her way.
Series 3 · 1924
After Grace's death, life for Thomas becomes difficult and Lizzie reveals to Polly Shelby that she has occasionally been sleeping with Thomas since Grace's death.
According to Express, Season 6 of Peaky Blinders will not see Tommy finding his love once again. Steven Knight, the show creator and writer revealed Tommy's life will not be easier in the upcoming season. He further told the series lovers that Tommy would not be able to find love.
1. Grace Helen Burgess. She was probably the only woman whom Thomas had loved without purpose. Although intially he did have a purpose.
Both of their past loves had passed away, they have a sexual relationship but it was basically just Tommy using her for information on the communists.
