10 game weeks have passed and the Premier League is fast approaching its prime. The two Manchester clubs are at the summit of the League with City 5 points ahead of United. So with Game week 11 upon us, let’s have a look at the fixtures it has on offer, with two blockbuster games on Super Sunday…

4th November 2017, Saturday

STK v LEI    HUD v WBA   NEW v BOU   SOU v BUR  SWA v BHA   WHU v LIV

5th November 2017, Sunday

TOT v CRY    MCI v ARS   CHE v MUN   EVE v WAT

Now, let’s have a look at the picks for this week straight from our team at AOF…

1. David Robinson, Editor-in-Chief, AOF

GW 11 Pick: Tammy Abraham (SWA)     Price: £5.9m

Tammy Abraham has been excellent for Swansea so far this season. He’s scored 4 goals in the Premier League this season and also registered an assist in last week’s away loss to Arsenal. His stocks are on the rise and at a price of  £5.9m, Abraham seems a bargain. This week he’s up against a Brighton side who are on a good run; however the Seagulls seem a tad too light at the back and Abraham is not shy of taking his chances when presented with a chance at goal.

Stat attack: Tammy Abraham is Swansea’s top FPL scorer this season with 46 points.

2. Rhys Paul, Writer, AOF

GW 11 pick: Daniel Sturridge (LIV)        Price: £8.0m

It’s a strange case for Daniel Sturridge. Appearances arrive at a premium for the Englishman, but when he does play, he scores. With Sadio Mane out with a long term injury, Jurgen Klopp seems to prefer Sturridge to play centrally and he certainly seems to be delivering the goods. A goal against Huddersfield last time out and up against West Ham this week. As Rhys quite rightly said, “He always does well against West Ham”

Stat Attack: Sturridge has scored 2 goals so far in the Premier League this season so far, earning 23 FPL points in the process.

3. Ryan Fisher, Writer, AOF

GW 11 Pick : Jose Izquierdo (BHA)       Price: £5.9m

Brighton are on a good run at the moment. A 3-0 away win against West Ham followed by an encouraging 1-1 draw against Southampton last week. Summer signing Izquierdo has settled in well at the Amex and scored an absolute stunner in the win against West Ham. Alongside Pascal Gross, he has established himself as the creative force in the Brighton midfield. This week’s match up against Swansea presents him a perfect a opportunity to add the gloss to his performances so far this season.

Stat attack: Izquierdo has started the last two games for Brighton and has scored 1 goal so far this season.

4. George Hamlyn, Writer, AOF

GW 11 pick: Mikel Merino (NEW)     Price:  £5.0m

Newcastle have adapted very well to life in the Premier League and Rafael Benitez has established has established an appreciable level of consistency at the club. Mikel Merino, who was on loan from Borussia Dortmund, now a permanent Magpie has been a vital cog in the Toon Army’s midfield. He scored his first goal for Newcastle vs Crystal Palace in the  1-0 home win and this week’s match up vs a struggling Bournemouth side presents him with a perfect opportunity to add to his tally and further extend Newcastle’s rich vein of form.

Stat Attack: Mikael Merino has started 6 out of 10 PL games for Newcastle this season and has scored 23 FPL points so far.

5. Siddesh K Iyer, Writer, AOF

GW 11 pick: Harry Kane (TOT)             Price: £12.6m

As usual, Harry Kane is on fire!! And Spurs would be delighted to welcome him back this week vs Crystal Palace after he missed last week’s 1-0 away loss to Man United. Kane is the top goal scorer in the League with 8 goals and this week’s match against Palace looks like a potential jackpot for the England international. With goals an ever present feature for  Kane, I won’t be too surprised if he’s the most popular choice for captaincy this week.

Stat Attack: Harry Kane is the top scoring centre forward in the FPL with a total of  63 points and he’s second on the overall players list behind Man City’s Leroy Sane.

Best of luck for FPL GW 11!!
