Arsenal Targets I Would Prioritize

The season has ended. It has shown me that Arsenal need to bring in some new players in order to get us closer to our renaissance. I’m not saying winning the premier league or champions league as those could take a long time to get to. However, I would like players that can give us hope for the future. With all the names flying about for Arsenal, here are my transfer targets I would prioritize.

——————————————————————————————————————————————–

Goalkeeper -:

Mat Ryan – I would like to try and sign him permanently. He has recently said his farewell to Arsenal, but I believe we should at least try to make a bid for him. He’d be a better back up for Leno in my opinion.

Defender(s) -:

Achraf Hakimi – After watching some highlights of Inter Milan this season, I have to say that Hakimi has grown on me. I feel him and Gabriel would be a great pairing. Maybe not as good as Vidic and Ferdinand, but I feel it would at least give some strength to the squad.

Jules Kounde – Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United have expressed interest in the Sevilla defender with United bidding the highest at £50,000,000 for now. I feel we should try and fight for him.

Midfielder(s) -:

Martin Odegaard – For me, Arsenal have to go all out to make him stay. I want him here and many others do. He said so himself that he wants to stay.

Yves Bissouma – I’ve seen a lot of links with him and after watching him play at the Emirates on the Final Day, I would like to have him if Xhaka were to go. Yves and Nicolas Pepe clearly have a friendship since they spoke after the game.

Eduardo Camavinga – If it were me, I would swap him for Guendouzi. I feel he has better stats than Matteo and will be more mature in games. Also, I think him and Partey would make a decent partnership in midfield.

Striker(s) -:

Odsonne Edouard – I have reported on his link with Arsenal before. I feel if Lacazette were to leave, he would be a perfect replacement. Celtic haven’t had their best year and I personally think Odsonne would be better of at the Emirates with Tierney.

Ivan Toney – Brentford were a team that most of the best new Premier League players came from last season. Great examples were Ollie Watkins to Aston Villa and Said Benrahma to West Ham United. If Brentford manage to get into the Premier League by beating Swansea, I would like to see Toney in the red and white of Arsenal as I feel he got them to where they are right now.

Those are my targets. I hope Arsenal can at least sign some of them.
